Mikvah Projects is one of the few South African commercial project management companies specialising in fuel service station development. We develop new fuel service stations, upgrade and rebrand existing installations.
Full-service Coordination and Management
We cover the entire development process, from initial consultation and concept to continuous commodity coordination and management. More than a decade of industry experience has equipped us with the resources necessary to navigate even the most treacherous planning phases with ease, including the coordination of zoning and licence acquisition.
Mikvah Projects’ fuel service station development is subject to the same risk mitigation expertise as our general project management service. We go the extra mile to plan ahead and minimise potential risks. Punctual completion and budget preservation are included as a given.
In addition to all these performance-related criteria, we understand that your development doesn’t conform to a pre-existing template or layout. As such we deliver a custom project management service tailored to your needs, backed by experience.
Our signature 7-phase project management includes a two-week consultation phase during which an Environmental Management Program (EMPr) study is conducted. Once the study is successful, we’ll take care of all relevant zoning and licensing applications, and ensure Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) compliance. Mikvah Projects has a long-standing trackrecord of successful applications with various local and national authorities, including fire departments, the Department of Energy, the Department of Minerals and Energy, and other relevant local and national authorities.
Our fuel service station development includes, but is not limited to:
- Site surveys
- Architectural planning
- Pipe and tank works
- Equipment procurement and installation
- Commodity procurement & management
